ROCKTOBER!

October to me is about beer, ren fest, and Halloween. Let's add something to this monotony. I would like to post at least 1 interview a week from an up and coming band, local band, cover band. I don't care, you could be a band of trannys, I want to interview you. So if you are in a band, regardless if you played big shows or not, and you want your moment to shine email me at kkviel@gmail.com. If you are a fan, and you would like me to interview someone, email me and Ill try my best to track them down. Obviously, I am embracing the 'normal person' out there, so no, Im not going to send out mass emails trying to get a bs interview from Avenged Sevenfold, Shinedown, or whoever kids listen to these days.

The Official Introduction?

So before I get started I felt like there needed to be some sort of reason/history for making this blog. As some of you know I am a former APS and have worked for various sites. There is a misconception that as an aps you have tons of money, fame, fortune. Definitely doesn't work that way. Before I met my wonderful husband, I had a negative 326$ bank balance, and all my 'fans' were creepy overweight dudes or teeny bopper girls who want to be an aps. In which all in all, probably totaled to about a whole of 46 people. ( I will continuously make fun of myself, enforce my dry sense of humor , and be brutally honest. If you dont like it, go away). Soooo... I met my husband, got knocked up, had the most beautiful baby in the world and there I was. Walking the line between, what I thought I wanted to do, and what I felt obligated to do. I am definitely not ashamed for the things Ive done, but was it the example I wanted to set for my child. So with the opportunity to start my own site featuring tits galore, and another contract, I seriously debated with myself. Turns out, looking for a sign, I found one. Come to find out, even on birth control, I was pregnant again. Okay, so after a complete breakdown, I embraced my new life and well here I am.

I wanted to give a voice to the normal person in this world. Whether how loud that voice gets, I dont know. I dont know about you, but I'd rather read about an interesting "middle class" person than a boring selfish "upper class" one. I want to feature stories about YOU. yes, you. I want to hear tear jerking stories, embrace individuality, listen to the unknown band. I want to know. And I believe you all do too. So I guess this could be a blogumentary. Shit, I can be the Andrew Jenks of the blog world. No, probably not. But it was a good thought. A good balance between realistic events, entertainment, and funny stories. This can be successful. If its not, Ill move on.

So with that boring introduction aside, Ill be posting requests from you all, and stuff about my day to day life as a newly admitted 'housewife'. Thanks for at least checking this out, and keep on trucking.

As I have a whole 6 hands helping me on this blog, I ask you all to ignore the design of the page. I will be the first to tell you that I am css retarded and shouldn't even be allowed to touch that part of the web design, next thing you know everything will be upside down. lol And also if it was up to me after being here for 2 mins I would have a scary dinosaur jump out and scare you. But lucky for you, I dont know how to do that. lol
